The candidate’s use of English is appropriate, accurate, and fluent and demonstrates complete understanding.

IELTS test is 2 hours 45 minutes long. The time is allocated among 4 skills and each skill requires a different time period.
The results of the computer-delivered IELTS exam will be made online within 3 to 5 days after your test. As for paper-based IELTS results, it will take around 2 weeks.
